Spandana manasika vikasa kendram follows a holistic approach and child-centred approach to fulfil their educational needs and mental, physical health services that they required. We balance activities across the schoolroom, playground and other spaces. Since each special child need to be taught in a special way, the learning and teaching is tuned and shaped according to individual abilities, child needs and intellectual level of a special child.
Everything, education is imparted in the right spirit, with care, respect and love. The teacher is much more than an educator. We gather every information from every person as per special child so it will be useful to build up a child. We provide a pleasant environment according to the special child; by this child will have free learning.
We maintain a certain level of students, for some, the essential approach is gentle encouragement, hour after hour, day after day. We do it with our hearts. So, thus the special children will be attached to us emotionally.
As in a family, we cultivate happiness whether it is through learning, play, bonding and interaction, special events, celebrations.

We follow that each special child should be talented and to move forward with society as an eligible person our efforts are to make them as independent as possible according to ability. And to help these girls and boys become useful members of their family and community.
We train them for the future with appropriate skills we help them in rehabilitation. Through other social workers, we assist them to get jobs. Some of them move on to make families and give back to society.
Spandana manasika vikasa kendram educate differently-abled children by their age, intelligence level. They are categorized into 5 levels as pre-primary, primary, secondary, pre-vocational and vocational. Classrooms are different as per the division of child level.
Spandana manasika vikasa kendram is a Non-government organization. Classrooms arrangement is in special child likely way. There are benches, desks and black boards. The teaching staff is specially trained for educating in intellectual disabled children. They mould the special child, they connect child emotionally and move forward as per special child interest as in education or any other activities.
Learning aids are fundamental requirements in special educationand we ensure an adequate number of devices for simultaneous use. Students are fully engaged inlearning activities during learning time. Storybooks, charts, different materials are provided toencourage the special child as per their wish so that child will develop by their interest. Theyparticipate with very interest in learning session as well in different activities. Some materials willbe made by trainees of helping hands welfare organization for rural development those will be usedto teach special children in spandana manasika vikasa kendram during practical classes which held2days per week. These trainees also conduct IEP to develop a special child given to them.
Equipped with 20 computers and a full time computer teacher. She will train the child enough basics to know. Mostly vocational level special children who are prepared for jobs of individual living. So that they may have good employment opportunities.
Activities room is there for doing some activities by special children in spandana manasika vikasa kendram. In this session every special child will involve to do some activities every child will participate actively in different activities by their interest and ability of the special child. So by this they prove that differently abled child can do anything.
Spandana manasika vikasa kendram provide medical equipment such as parallel bar, wheel chair, machine for girls, physiotherapy bed, ball which will be used for 3 therapies like physio therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy, walking stand, weighing machine etc
